Check-in is possible after 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out from the property must be done by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Please note that children aged 12 and over are considered adults and are charged the full price. When booking accommodation, you are required to include children older than the above as adults.
The final settlement of services is made at the reception before departure.
A valid credit card is required as a guarantee of your reservation.
If you wish to change or cancel a reservation, you can make changes online, in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change a reservation if the reservation system has been misused or if it was made by an obvious mistake of the user.

Cancellation conditions

We hold the reservation until 24:00 on the day of arrival.

The reservation can be canceled online at least 3 day(s) before arrival.

In case of no-show, 50.00% of the reservation amount will be charged.

In case of cancellation 3-0 days before arrival, 50.00% of the reservation amount will be charged
