To ensure a relaxed and safe experience in the pool and sauna areas, we have implemented mandatory reservations with limited durations. Reservations for pool and sauna use can be made at the wellness reception, by phone, or via email prior to your arrival.
Pool use is organized in two-hour time blocks, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with a maximum capacity of 30 people per session. This system allows you to enjoy a peaceful and private atmosphere throughout your stay.

The Turkish sauna, also known as a steam bath, provides high humidity and a temperature of around 40-50°C, creating a gentle and pleasant warmth that soothes the body and respiratory system. The steam bath refreshes the skin, improves circulation, and promotes detoxification, leaving you with a feeling of deep cleansing and revitalization.
The Finnish sauna operates on a dry heat principle, with high temperatures ranging from 80-100°C and low humidity. This type of sauna encourages intense sweating, allowing the body to naturally release toxins, ease muscle tension, and boost immunity. The Finnish sauna is perfect for those seeking deep relaxation and a sense of lightness after each session.
