This historic mill stands as a testament to the centuries-old milling tradition in the region, from a time when rivers and streams were the main source of energy for processing grain. Friščić’s Mill symbolizes the deep connection between people and nature, preserving authenticity and a family tradition passed down through generations. Visiting the mill offers insight into old methods of grain processing and milling techniques; the mill grinds grain using a traditional water-powered mill wheel, just as it did over a hundred years ago.
